• Where can we eat/drink around the property?

    There are many restaurants within a 10 minute walk. For something close, we recommend Mais Arepas - it’s great and just a few doors down.

  • Are there supermarkets nearby? What about liquor stores?

    Rouses (on Baronne Street) is the closest and best large supermarket. They deliver through Instacart or you can walk - it’s about 10 minutes. They also have an extensive wine and liquor selection. For a small liquor store, check out Keife and Co., which is a 5 minute walk from us. You can also get alcohol delivered through Drizly.

  • Do you offer parking?

    We don’t offer on-site parking but you can park on the street for free. There’s also a secure parking garage within a 5 minute walk which offers valet service if requested.

  • Is there daily turn down service?

    No. We do a thorough clean before you arrive but stay clear of your space until checkout.

  • How close are you to Bourbon Street, Convention Center, Garden District?

    We’re a 3 minute uber from the French Quarter and a 5 minute uber from both the Garden District and Convention Center. We’re also a 2 minute walk from the St. Charles Streetcar.

  • Can I check in early / check out late?

    We always try to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs. It will depend on when our other guests are coming and going. In all cases, you’ll be able to store your bags.

  • Can I ship something before my trip?

    Yes. You can ship us packages up to 7 days before check-in. Just send us a message and we’ll provide instructions.
