The short answer
A bachelorette weekend lives or dies on logistics: one address beats four hotel rooms, and a villa that sleeps the whole crew beats a suite that sleeps six. The Syd’s villas sleep 14 to 24 each, with oversized living rooms for the getting-ready hours and a shared courtyard, pool and hot tub for everything between outings.
Every villa is painted by different local artists, so the photos take themselves. You are one block from the streetcar, about ten minutes from the French Quarter, and home is a villa, not a hallway. Tell us what you’re planning in the booking notes and we’ll talk it through.

Questions
Asked before booking.
Can we celebrate at the villa?
The Syd is built for groups and celebrations; that’s the whole idea. Tell us what you’re planning in the booking notes and we’ll talk it through.
Can one person book and split the cost?
One organizer signs one agreement and books with one card. There are no per-guest fees, so settle up within the krewe however you like.
