What we know, and what we do with it.

Booking requests and quotes.

• When you book (or send a booking request) at checkout we collect your name, email, phone, party size, dates, occasion and any notes you write. This goes into our reservation system (Guesty) and a private team channel (Slack) so we can confirm your dates and reply.
• When you hold a price, we collect your name, email and phone the same way, and the held figures travel inside the link itself so the page can show them to your group.
• Card details are entered into a secure payment form provided by our reservation system (Guesty) and go directly to the payment processor. They never touch our servers, and we never see your card number.

The ask widget.

• Questions typed into the ask widget are processed with an AI service (Anthropic) to draft an instant answer from our own house facts and live rates. Questions sent on to the team, with the name and email you choose to leave, go to our private Slack channel so a human can reply.

Analytics.

• We use analytics services — PostHog and Google Analytics, or similar tools — to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, buttons clicked, and session replays in which everything you type is masked before it leaves your browser. These services also help us measure where visitors come from, including from any advertising we run.

Plainly:

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your data for advertising.
• We do not store your card details; they go straight to the payment processor.

Booking records live in our reservation system for as long as we need them for bookkeeping and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained per PostHog’s standard retention.
