Spend the day at the pool. The parade route is one block away and the French Quarter is about ten minutes out, and everyone sleeps under one roof. Street Parades sleeps 16, and a second villa is easy to add when the group grows.

Wedding weekends

Wedding HQ for the whole weekend. The wedding party gets ready together in the mornings, out-of-town guests stay steps from each other instead of scattered across hotels, and everyone gathers poolside under the 110-year-old live oak between events. Family reunions
