Past 24, take a second villa: the six villas share one tropical courtyard, so a krewe of 40 across two villas still spends the whole trip together. Take all six and the property sleeps 106.
The courtyard carries a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, cabana and outdoor kitchen, shared across the property. The St. Charles streetcar is one block away; the Superdome is about six minutes, the French Quarter about ten.

What if we have more than 24 people?
Book two or more villas. All six open onto the same shared courtyard and pool, so a bigger group is still one party. The whole property sleeps 106.
Do big groups need a longer stay?
The minimum is typically 2–3 nights regardless of group size, and longer on marquee weekends like Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest. The checkout calendar knows the minimum for your dates.
